I know.  I haven't posted in a while.  Sorry.  So this is my bathroom at present.

Another messy room...

So I haven't been blogging... sick kids is the only excuse I have.  See the pics... did you not believe that the rest of the house was as bad as the entry?   I hope to post tomorrow with a CLEAN front room. Hope....

Look! It is all clean!  Now I need to fold laundry ... ugg!

The entryway....

Yes this is how my entryway has looked for the past week.  I could blame it on the fact that we have 3 kids but that seems rather like a lame excuse.  I wish I could say I have cleaned this but, well, I haven't.  Oh and the rest of the house is just as cluttered. 

Brownie mix in a jar (with recipe)

I am in a food kick now but soon I hope to actually get out of the kitchen.  Tomorrow I am posting pictures of all the disorder. Believe me it will be ugly. 

So on to the recipe:

Put in a quart jar in the following order:
1 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup small candy (in this case chocolate chips but crushed candy canes are good too)
1 cup or so of marshmallows

Cooking directions:
Dump mix into bowl and add 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 eggs  and 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract.  Stir.  Pour into a 8*8*2 inch pan and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.  Let cool before cutting.
